Sie brauten ein kr\u00e4ftiges, fruchtig-vollmundiges, dunkelbraunes Roggenweizen. Der Einsatz von R\u00f6stmalzen rundet durch R\u00f6staromen das Bild eines einzigartigen, dunklen Weizens ab. Eine dunkelbraune, bronzene Farbe, eine leicht fruchtige, bananige Note mit einem herben Geschmack im Abgang und dem Wiedererkennungswert des Roggens eigenen sich ideal als Winterbier.
