Sie brauten ein kr\u00e4ftiges, fruchtig-vollmundiges, dunkelbraunes Roggenweizen. Ein Bier aus der Kategorie Brown Porter, aber nicht zu dunkel, nicht zu stark und mit einer angenehmen Bitterkeit.
